(Text-Only) The Court previously ordered that (1) Respondents shall immediately release Petitioner from detention with all of his items and belongings, including his phone, identification, documents, and money; and (2) Respondents shall show cause, on or before February 9, 2026, why they should not be held in contempt for violating the Courts February 2, 2026, Order. (Doc. 10.) Respondents have filed a response that the delay of the release was caused by miscommunication between [counsel] and ICE/OPLA for which [he] take[s] full responsibility and that Petitioner was released on February 5, 2026 at 1359 hours CST on his own recognizance.
