TEXT ORDER: Petitioner Phy filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus on January 28, 2026. On February 2, 2026, the Respondents filed a response in support of the petition and agreed to release the Petitioner. Accordingly, the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (ECF No. 1 ) is GRANTED. Respondents are Ordered to effectuate petitioner's release as soon as possible, but not later than the end of the day on 2/3/26. A status report shall be filed within 48 hours of this Order confirming that Petitioner has been released by the end of the day, and, if not, the reason for any delays.
