(Text-Only) TEXT ORDER: On February 1, 2026, the Court granted Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and ordered that he be immediately released. (ECF 6.) As of February 4, 2026, Petitioner's counsel reports that Petitioner was released, but Immigration and Customs Enforcement did not return Petitioner's cell phone and a gold neck chain. (ECF 8.) The Court reiterates and ORDERS that Petitioner should have all personal belongings returned to him, including his cell phone and gold neck chain. Failure to comply with the Court's Order may result in an order to show cause. One or both parties shall file a status report on or before February 9, 2026, confirming whether Petitioner's personal property has been returned to him.
