(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER DENYING REQUEST TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS (DOC. NO. 12 ) AS MOOT IN LIGHT OF PETITIONER'S PREVIOUS PAYMENT OF FILING FEE by Magistrate Judge Daniel S. Roberts. Before the Court is a "Declaration in Support of Request to Proceed In Forma Pauperis" filed in the above-captioned matter on June 23, 2026 (Doc. No. 12 ). The Declaration was filed concurrently with a Supplemental Petition and a new (second) Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. See Doc. Nos. 11, 13, and 14 . Petitioner already paid the $5 filing fee when she first filed this case on January 27, 2026, however. See Doc. No. 1, Receipt No. ACACDC-41366302. No new filing fee is required for her Supplemental Petition (second) Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. The request to proceed in forma pauperis is therefore DENIED as moot. IT IS SO ORDERED.
