ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. In Respondents' Response to OSC 17, Respondents indicate that, "If the Court so orders, Respondents will submit a status report within thirty days concerning the status of their efforts to remove Petitioner." Petitioner has been detained since March 6, 2025. Respondents' Response 17 does not clearly establish whether Petitioner Basim Ali Ismail Belour will be removed in the reasonably foreseeable future. The Court ORDERS Respondents to provide a detailed update of all efforts to remove Petitioner since the filing of Respondents' Response to OSC 17 and further, to SHOW CAUSE as to whether or not Sudan or any other country will accept Petitioner.
