ORDER (AGS): This Court ordered respondents to "show cause" by "February 24, 2026," "why they should not be held in contempt" of the Court's order setting a briefing schedule in this case. (ECF 4.) Instead, respondents once again disregarded the Court's order. At the oral argument hearing next week, respondents' counsel should be prepared to discuss the proper remedy for the repeated failure to respond to court orders.
