ORDER - Due to the exigency of Petitioner's request for a temporary restraining order, the Court allowed Andrew Heinrich to appear on Petitioner's behalf at the TRO hearing on January 26, 2026 despite the fact that Mr. Heinrich is not a member of the bar of this Court and has not yet been admitted pro hac vice in this case. See LRCiv 83.1(e). Should Mr. Heinrich wish to continue representing Petitioner in this action, he must submit a valid pro hac vice application, which must "be accompanied by," among other things, "a current, original certificate of good standing from a federal court."
