The parties must file a stipulation or joint status report by 12:00 p.m. on July 10, 2026, and a continued hearing is set for July 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. If the Government intends to remove Liu before July 31, 2026, it must provide as much notice as possible and, absent extraordinary circumstances, shall not detain him more than 72 hours before removal.
