TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court on Petitioner's motion for a temporary restraining order seeking an Order directing Respondents to return Petitioner to the United States and restore his pre-removal status. (ECF No. 8.) The Court cannot resolve the issues on the current record. By Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 12 noon p.m., Respondents are hereby ORDERED to file a written response to the TRO motion that includes their legal arguments and all available evidence that supports the timeline they provided in their letter dated January 27, 2026. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Respondents written response shall include certifications from the ICE officials who escorted Petitioner (1) from Newark to Texas on January 24, 2026, and (2) from the ICE facility in Port Isabel Texas to the Port of Entry at Brownsville/Matamoras, Texas on January 25, 2026.
