ORDER Respondents are ENJOINED from removing, transferring, or otherwise facilitating the removal of Petitioner from the District of Minnesota. (Text-Only) ORDER The Court finds that Respondents violated the Court's order dated February 1, 2026 18 which ordered that Petitioner be released with her personal effects and without conditions. It has been brought to the Court's attention that Petitioner has been released without all her personal effects and with conditions, including being subject to removal proceedings as well as ICE's Alternatives to Detention Program. Accordingly, Respondents are hereby ordered to remove Petitioner's conditions of release immediately. Within 48 hours of this Order, the parties shall file a notice with the Court addressing whether Petitioner's conditions of release have been removed.
