Nos. 7, 8) describe the petitioner’s movement out of Massachusetts before the filing of the petition, to Louisiana for a brief period, then to a detention facility in Missouri. The respondents propose transferring this matter to the Western District of Louisiana, where the petitioner was located at the time the petition was filed. The petitioner has not taken a position on whether or where the Court should transfer this action.
