SERVICE ORDER - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the United States Marshall shall execute service of this Order, together with a copy of the Petition, ECF No. 1, upon all Respondents, as well as the United States Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Service shall be effected within five (5) days of this order by certified mail, return receipt requested. Costs shall be borne by the United States. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within 14 days of service of this Order, the Respondents shall answer or otherwise respond to the allegations of the Petition. IT IS FUTHER ORDERED that Petitioner is advised that any and all communication with the Court shall be in the form of a pleading or motion that shall be filed with the Clerk of Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondent shall notify this Court in writing of any transfer, release, removal, or other change in the location of the Petitioner's custody within three business days of its occurrence.
