MINUTE ORDER (Text Only Entry) issued by Courtroom Deputy for Magistrate Judge Sean C. Riordan on 5/12/2026: On February 27, 2026, the Court granted Petitioner's petition for habeas corpus and entered judgment in his favor. ECF No. 15 . The Court's order directed Respondent to immediately release Petitioner from detention under the previously imposed conditions of supervision and further enjoined and restrained Respondent from re-detaining Petitioner without written notice before a pre-deprivation bond hearing to be convened by a neutral decision maker, and demonstrate by clear and convincing evidence at such bond hearing that Petitioner is a flight risk or danger to the community such that his physical custody is legally justified. Id.Petitioner subsequently filed a motion to enforce that judgment, which the assigned District Judge referred to the undersigned pursuant to Local Rule 302(c)(17). ECF Nos. 20, 21 . The motion shall be briefed in accordance with Local Rule 230(c), (d). In addition, as soon as practicable, Petitioner is directed to file a copy of the transcript of the bond hearing convened on April 17, 2026. Once the briefing is complete, the Court will take the matter under submission absent a further order setting a hearing. (Deputy Clerk SH) (Entered: 05/12/2026)
