MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER. Respondents Response to the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and 12 Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED. Petitioner's 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 GRANTED. The Court ORDERS Respondents to provide Petitioner a bond hearing under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) by 1/20/2026. If Petitioner is not provided a bond hearing, Respondents are ORDERED to release Petitioner by 1/20/ 2026.
