ORDER. The Court is Petitioner Nodir Zafar Ugli Saydullaevs Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (Dkt. 1 ).1 For the reasons below, Petitioners Writ of Habeas Corpus is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART (Dkt. 1 ). Respondents are ORDERED to provide Petitioner with a bond hearing pursuant to § 1226 no later than January 22, 2026. To the extent the Petition seeks Petitioners release or an injunction prohibiting Petitioners re-detention, such relief is DENIED at this time. The parties are ORDERED to update the court on the status of the bond hearing no later than January 29, 2026. Respondents are ORDERED to notify Petitioners counsel and the Court of any anticipated or planned transfer of Petitioner outside the Southern District of Texas, Laredo Division, or any planned removal of her from the United States, at least five (5) days before any such transfer or removal.Finally, Respondents will not be served further notice of activity on this docket.
