District Judge Leo T. Sorokin: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. After reviewing the Petition and the Response, the Court hereby ALLOWS the Petition as follows. Respondents are ORDERED to release Petitioner immediately without prejudice to scheduling a bond hearing pursuant to 8 U.S.C. 1226, to be held no later than January 31, 2026, before an immigration judge.
