ORDER: Petitioner's 7 emergency motion for a temporary restraining order is GRANTED IN PART. The motion is GRANTED to the extent that, if Petitioner has not yet departed the United States, Respondents are ENJOINED from deporting Ms. Zharick Daniela Buitrago Ortiz until January 30, 2026.
