NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY AND ORDER. The Clerk is directed to change the caption of this case to reflect that the only proper petitioner is Edunnio Jesus Borges Rodriguez, who is proceeding pro se. Lianet Borges will be removed as a party to the case. If Petitioner Rodriguez wishes to pursue these habeas claims, he must file an amended petition and either pay the $5.00 filing fee or file an application to proceed in forma pauperis within 30 days. If Rodriguez fails to timely file an amended petition, the Court will dismiss this action for want of prosecution without further notice. The Clerk is directed to mail a copy of this order to Borges.
