ORDER by Magistrate Judge Kirtan Khalsa. On January 21, 2026, the Court enjoined Respondents from transferring Petitioner Olatunde A. Vincent, No. A-219330683, from the District of New Mexico while these proceedings remain pending, absent express authorization from this Court. (Doc. 4.) Because Petitioner's claims are based on Zadvydas v. Davis, 533 U.S. 678, 701 (2001), and the Court's Order would prevent Federal Respondents from effectuating removal, the Court lifts its Order to expressly authorize Federal Respondents to transfer Petitioner from the District of New Mexico to effectuate a lawful final removal order pursuant to the Immigration and Nationality Act. Federal Respondents remain enjoined from transferring Petitioner from the District of New Mexico for any other reason unrelated to lawful removal from the United States absent express authorization from this Court.
