ORDER: By Order dated 3/9/2026, the Court granted Count Four of the Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 and ordered that Respondents immediately release Petitioner from custody. (Doc. 6 ). The Court further directed that Respondents file a Notice of Compliance within two business days of Petitioner's release. (Id.) To date, no Notice has been filed.
