On January 24, 2026, petitioner's counsel sent an email to the Court stating that petitioner had been released but that ICE had seized petitioner's driver's license and passport and is refusing to return them. He further stated that if the parties could not resolve that issue, he may seek to amend his petition or move for an order to show cause. By January 27, 2026, respondents shall file a letter either confirming that petitioner's driver's license and passport have been returned or stating respondents' position as to why they should not be returned to him immediately.
