MINUTE ORDER. The Court has now received both a response (Dkt. 10 ) and a traverse (Dkt. 11 ) to the original habeas petition (Dkt. 1 ). Neither document addresses the government's notice of intent to remove Petitioner (Dkt. 6 ), or the temporary restraining order requested by Petitioner and issued by the Court (Dkts. 7, 9 ). The parties are therefore directed to file a joint status report no later than 1/28/26 informing the Court as to the status of the government's efforts to remove Petitioner from the United States and whether the issues raised in the TRO motion remain part of the case. Furthermore, Petitioner has represented that he is scheduled for a bond hearing in the Tacoma Immigration Court on January 27, 2026.
