Jan. 15, 2026) (Hardiman and Bibas, J.J., per curiam opinion) (discussing 8 U.S.C. § 1252(b)(9) and determining that petitioner raised legal questions that must wait until he filed a petition for review of a final order of removal); Kourouma v. Jamison, No. CV 26-0182-KSM, 2026 WL 120208, at *2-3 (E.D. Pa. Jan. 15, 2026) (Marston, J.) (releasing the petitioner after determining that the interpretation of 8 U.S.C. 1252(b)(9) in Khalil did not strip the district court of jurisdiction to rule on whether 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) or 8 U.S.C. § 1225(b)(2) applied to the petitioner; a determination as to whether the petioner shall be produced for a hearing is held in abeyance.
