Oliver, GRANTING Petitioner's Motion to Resubmit All of Petitioner's Application ("Motion to Resubmit"). 7 On January 16, 2026, Petitioner filed a Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus. 1 Included in the Petition were materials unrelated to Petitioner. On January 28, 2026, Petitioner filed his Motion to Resubmit because Petitioner's case was filed together with another person's case. 7 Petitioner attached to his motion a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus related only to his claims. On February 5, 2026, the Clerk of the Court docketed a corrected petition -- the First Amended Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus -- removing portions of the originally-filed Petition unrelated to Petitioner. 8 Accordingly, the Court GRANTS the Motion to Resubmit.
