ORDER: On August 6, 2025, Carlos Augusto Chang Barrios filed an emergency petition for writ of habeas corpus (ECF No. 1), requesting that he be given access to counsel and be released from custody so that he could seek appropriate relief and be afforded basic due process. Since his petition, Mr. Chang Barrios has been provided access to counsel and has been released from custody on conditions agreed to by the parties. See Jt. Status Report (ECF No. 32). In view of these developments, on October 15, 2025, the Court during a conference with counsel indicated that unless counsel provided a justification to the contrary by Friday, October 24, 2025, the Court would dismiss the pending petition without prejudice. Mr. Chang Barrios provided no such justification, and the Court therefore DISMISSES without prejudice Carlos Augusto Chang Barrios's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (ECF No. 1). SO ORDERED.
