IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is kindly directed to separately file the 1 -1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Federal Public Defender for the District of Nevada (FPD) is appointed to represent Petitioner. If the FPD is unable to represent Petitioner, because of a conflict of interest or for any other reason, alternate counsel will be appointed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is kindly directed to electronically serve upon the FPD a copy of this order and a copy of the 1 -1 petition. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the FPD will have 7 days from the date of this order to file a notice of appearance or to indicate to the Court its inability to represent Petitioner. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is kindly directed to: 1. DELIVER a copy of the 1 -1 petition and this order to the U.S. Marshal for service. 2.
