MINUTES IN CHAMBERS COURT ORDER by Judge Percy Anderson. In light of Petitioner's failure to satisfy the requirements for ex parte relief, the Court will construe Petitioner's filing as a noticed motion for a preliminary injunction. The Court hereby sets the following briefing schedule: The Government's Opposition to the Motion, if any, shall be filed by no later than January 26, 2026. Petitioner's Reply, if any, shall be filed by no later than February 2, 2026. After that date, the Motion will be deemed under submission. The Court will notify the parties of the Court's resolution of the Motion or the date and time of a hearing should the Court conclude that a hearing will aid in its disposition of the Motion.
