MINUTE ORDER issued by Courtroom Deputy for Chief District Judge Troy L. Nunley on January 28, 2026: On January 15, 2026 this Court granted Petitioner's Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order ("TRO") and Ordered Respondents to show cause why this Court should not issue a Preliminary Injunction ("PI") by January 26, 2026. (ECF No. 6 .) Upon review of the docket, it appears Respondents have not made an appearance despite being served. (ECF No. 7 .) Accordingly, the Court hereby extends Respondents deadline to respond to Friday, January 30, 2026. Petitioner may file a reply, if any, by February 3, 2026. Respondents' failure to respond or appear shall be construed as a non-opposition to the Court granting a PI on the same terms and conditions imposed in the TRO. See L.R. 230(c). Finally, the Court hereby extends the TRO until Friday, February 6, 2026 or until this Court issues its order regarding the PI. (TEXT ONLY ENTRY) (Deputy Clerk MDK) (Entered: 01/28/2026)
