SLG TEXT ORDER: In light of Petitioners Motion at Docket 20, a limited pre-hearing status report shall be filed by Respondents no later than February 4, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., limited to the items listed in Section IV.C in the Motion at Docket 20 . Petitioners Motion for Remote Appearance at Preliminary Injunction Hearing at Docket 20 is GRANTED. Petitioners counsel may appear remotely by video conference for the hearing scheduled for February 5, 2026, at 3:15 p.m. in Anchorage Courtroom 2. Counsel for Respondents may appear in person or remotely, at their election. Remote participation shall have the same force and effect as an in-person appearance. Each side shall be accorded up to 10 minutes to present its arguments. A Zoom link will be provided to the parties prior to the hearing date. The public may attend the hearing in Anchorage Courtroom 2.
