** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** Petitioner, a non-citizen currently detained in Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody, contends that respondents have unlawfully detained her without giving her a bond hearing. The court recently addressed this issue in Paredes-Padilla v. Galovich, case no. 25-cv-863-jdp, Dkt. 19, concluding that the government had unlawfully classified the petitioner in that case as ineligible for bond. The clerk of court is directed to issue summonses, and petitioner should promptly serve respondents with the petition and this order. Respondents' response to the petition will be due seven days after petitioner files her certificate of service. Petitioner's reply will be due three days after that.
