However, ECF records reflect that the Order was filed electronically on January 17, 2026, at 3:32 p.m., a day before Petitioner was purportedly released. Petitioner's counsel must file a letter and any exhibits by January 29, 2026, that support their assertion that the matter became moot before this Court's order on the Petition was posted.
