(Text-Only) ORDER FOR PARTY TO FILE DOCUMENT/RESPOND TO COURT. After the Court ordered Petitioner's release from custody, subject to any conditions on release that had previously been imposed 6, Petitioner advised the Court that Respondents had placed him on conditions that he had not been subject to before his recent arrest. 11 Petitioner also advised the Court that upon his release, Respondents had not returned his property to him, including a State of Minnesota identification card and a work authorization. 11 On February 10, 2026, the Court entered an Order requiring Respondents: (1) "to lift any conditions of Petitioner's release that were not previously imposed, including supervision under ankle monitoring"; and (2) "to file an update on the docket by 5 pm on February 12, 2026 about their efforts to return Petitioners property, including his identity documents." 13 On February 12, Respondents filed a letter advising the Court only that they had rescinded the conditions imposed upon Petitioner upon his release. Respondents' letter did not mention any efforts to return Petitioner's property and documents. 14 Therefore, by no later than 5pm on February 14, 2026, Respondents shall file an update on the docket about their efforts to return Petitioner's property, including his identity documents.
