In the Response, Respondents represent that, prior to the entry of this Court's Order to Show Cause which precluded Respondents from removing Petitioner from the Miramar Office, Petitioner was transferred to the Florida Soft Side South Detention Center ("Detention Center"), because the Miramar Office is not designed for continued detention.
