ORDER by Magistrate Judge Stephanie S. Christensen. On January 15, 2026, the Court issued an order requiring a response to the petition. (ECF 5 .) On February 23, 2026, Petitioner filed a motion for a temporary restraining order (TRO). (ECF 6.) On February 27, 2026, the District Judge granted the TRO and ordered Respondents to show cause why a preliminary injunction should not issue. (ECF 10.) In light of that order, the Court continues the deadlines set in the order requiring a response to the petition (ECF 5) as follows: No later than April 6, 2026, Respondents shall file and serve either a motion to dismiss the petition or an answer. If Respondents file a motion to dismiss, Petitioner must file an opposition to the motion, or a notice of non-opposition to the motion, no later than May 4, 2026; Respondents may file a reply to Petitioner's opposition no later than May 18, 2026. If Respondents file an answer, Petitioner may file a single reply responding to the answer no later than May 4, 2026.
