ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the Emergency Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, ECF No. 1 . The Court's review of the petition reveals that neither petitioner was in custody at the time the petition was filed. As such, the Court is not satisfied that it possesses jurisdiction over the matter. See 28 U.S.C. section 2241(c). The Court will therefore grant leave to file an amended petition clarifying the custody issue. In addition, each petitioner should file their own petition for writ of habeas corpus.
