ORDER. In its March 9, 2026 order requesting that Respondents in this case file a sur-reply, Dkt. No. 32, the Court stated that the volume of immigration habeas petitions "does not absolve Respondents of their responsibility to brief the issues raised in each case based on the facts of that case." For the avoidance of doubt, the Court's order only referred to habeas proceedings before Judge Woods, and should be understood as a request that petitions for habeas corpus submitted to Judge Woods be fully briefed with reference to the facts of each case, unless otherwise ordered by the Court. The Court takes no position regarding how the Government should litigate petitions for a writ of habeas corpus, or any other matter, in any case pending before any other District Judge. (HEREBY ORDERED by Judge Gregory H. Woods) (Text Only Order) (Entered: 03/10/2026)
