EP: Status Conference held.Discussion held regarding service, Petitioner's location and the briefing and hearing schedule. • Service: Mr. Ching indicated that he believes service was properly effectuated by hand delivery on Monday, 1/22/2026 but will confirm with his client. Confirmation is due to Petitioner's counsel by Tuesday, 1/27/2026. • Petitioner's Location: The parties presume that Petitioner is currently housed at the Federal Detention Center ("FDC") in Honolulu.
