The Court hereby ORDERS that: Respondents shall provide Petitioner with a bond hearing in front of an Immigration Judge pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a). The Immigration Court shall provide Petitioner with the opportunity for a bond hearing before any hearing on the merits of his removal, and no later than seven (7) days from the date of entry of this Order.
