ORDER. The Court GRANTS the unopposed 12 Motion and considers the exhibits attached thereto. The Respondents are INSTRUCTED to submit a second factual supplement on or before April 10, 2026, which SHALL include: (1) all documentation relevant to Petitioner's immigration status from the time he was paroled in 2022 to the present, to include documents associated with the 2025 "encounter" when he was re-detained; and (2) any arrest warrant or other documents associated with his 2025 arrest and detention, to include documents referencing the government's asserted basis for this arrest and detention. In the event that written records documenting these facts do not exist, Respondents are INSTRUCTED to address these same matters through a sworn declaration as they previously provided in this case.
