Yeinis will be removed as a party to the case. ORDER. A friend of the petitioner notified the Court that he was transferred to a different facility. See Dkt. No. 12 . And the online records maintained by the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) reflect that Petitioner is no longer detained at the Bluebonnet Detention Center. But the online records do not show Petitioner's current location. As a result, the Court directs the respondent to file a notice by 5:00 pm CT on Monday, February 23, 2026, advising the Court whether Petitioner remains in ICE custody, and if he does, where he is located.
