ORDER. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: Mohamud F.M.'s Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus (ECF No. 1 ) is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The matter is REMANDED to United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for the immediate release of Mohamud F.M. from detention, pursuant to an ICE order of supervision with conditions under 8 C.F.R. § 241.5. To the extent ICE personnel at Mohamud F.M.'s location are in possession of his work permit, the agency shall provide it to him upon release.
