ORDER GRANTING, IN PART, PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS.IT IS HEREBY ORDRED that Petitioner's 1 Petition for Habeas Relief is GRANTED, in part, and DENIED, in part. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondents m ust provide Petitioner with a bond hearing pursuant to § 1226(a) within seven days from the date of this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Respondents do not provide Petitioner a bond hearing within that timeframe, Petitioner must b e immediately released until he can be provided with a bond hearing.
