(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER by Judge Andre Birotte Jr.: The Court's order (Dkt. 7 ) required Petitioner to file the proposed orders for his TRO. See also Local Rule 65-1 Temporary Restraining Orders and Preliminary Injunctions. (A party seeking a temporary restraining order must submit an application, a proposed TRO, a declaration setting forth the facts and certification required by F.R.Civ.P. 65(b)(1)(A) and (B), and a proposed order to show cause why a preliminary injunction should not issue.) Instead of filing the proposed TRO and proposed order to show cause why a preliminary injunction should not issue, Petitioner simply emailed chambers a boilerplate order granting his habeas petition and the application for a TRO. This does not comply with the Courts Order or with Local Rule 65-1. Petitioner is ORDERED to file the proposed TRO and the proposed order to show cause why a preliminary injunction should not issue, and then email the Word files to chambers. These documents are mandatory; the Court will not grant any TRO in their absence. Petitioner must file them promptly or the Court may deny the TRO application. IT IS SO ORDERED. THERE IS NO PDF DOCUMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ENTRY. (evc) TEXT ONLY ENTRY (Entered: 01/12/2026)
