ORDER. In short, Lara Machado, as an "applicant for admission," is properly detained without bond under Section 1225(b)(2)(A). Buenrostro-Mendez, 166 F.4th at 498. And the Due Process Clause does not require a bond hearing in these circumstances. Thus, the petition for a writ of habeas corpus (Dkt. No. 1 ) is denied.
