After careful consideration of the papers before the Court and the firm arguments of counsel for petitioner and the federal respondents during the status conference on September 25, 2025, the Court ORDERS two further submissions. First, the Court ORDERS the federal respondents to submit complete copies of the following documents: the Form I-131 and any separate document reflecting its approval (see Doc. No. 8-1 para. 8); the Form I-485 filed June 24, 2025 by the petitioner (see Doc. No. 29-1 at 5); the Form I-860 served on July 16, 2025 (see Doc. No. 8-1 para. 12); any other report documenting a termination of parole on July 16, 2025 (see Doc. No. 8 at 1-2); any arrest warrant issued for the petitioner (see Doc. No. 29-1 at 5, describing statement by deportation officer regarding warrant); the Form I-862 Notice to Appear served on August 5, 2025 (see Doc. No. 29-1 at 6); any reports of custody determinations or redeterminations as to the petitioner; and any documents reflecting or related to the petitioners efforts to obtain a Special Immigrant Visa. These documents shall be provided to counsel for the petitioner and may be filed with the Court under seal. If the petitioner possesses some or all of these documents, the parties may agree that the petitioner can submit them, and he may do so under seal. Second, the Court ORDERS the federal respondents to submit for the Courts review, ex parte and under seal, the documents supporting the basis for: a) the statement in paragraph 10 of the Charpentier declaration (Doc.
