The final sentence, which previously read: “Within 5 days, Respondents are ORDERED to provide a hearing before an immigration judge for the sole purpose of determining conditions of supervised release and to release Petitioner pursuant to those conditions that same day,” is deleted and replaced by the following sentence: “Respondents are ORDERED to release Petitioner subject to conditions of release to be determined contemporaneously with his release from custody.” A full amended order will follow.
